Sub-Class Expatriates

As we know certain countries are underdeveloped. Not to mention India & Philippines (not biased but facts). They could hardly afford 3 meals a day, sending their children to schools (not up to higher education). I am wondering as to why the local government here still employ nationals from the above who claimed to be Graduated from Universities (as we all know it can be easily bought)? They DO NOT HAVE social and moral values when interacting with other nationals. Just because they are not in agreement with each other, to them everyone is inferior. They have no skills and education but equipped with their excellent lying skills.
The Pinoys are good in communicating in English but when you pose a question to them they simply do not know what your questions are - Simply a Parrot.
Try delegating the Indians with tasks - their reply will be: Yes Sir, OK Sir, No Problem Sir.
At the end of the day delegating tasks to any of the above will result in NO ACTION ........... From my view, Qatar government has to seriously look into this issue so as not to transform Qatar into another UAE.

Hey feeling high class well travelled biatch, sad to say that with how you put down people on your forum means you yourself are not exposed to the world and that the only place you went to is qatar and your secret motherland. A lot of filipinos and indians who are well off and even more successful than you living outside the gulf.. Sad to say that the only filipinos and indians u saw here are the less fortunate ones living in the middle east bec the truth is you are not well travelled at all which makes you so ignorant. Poor you! You need to see the outside world my friend...

Cant you see that Pendekar is a troll claiming to be qatari which is most probably not true, I noticed though that he had constructed his paragraphs in a manner indicating some proficiency in English, which may have been brought about by some proper education but in contrast with the way he lambasted the indians and Filipinos which was way too uneducatedly done. I doubt he is malaysian, nor indonesian on the ground that i met some who are mild tempered and would not be judgmental especially to Filipinos which they regard with high respect, though he used the name "Pendekar" which is a Malay form of martial arts,I am an indian but most of us have high regards to Filipinos in the way they work and interact with other asians including us from the subcontinent.

Pendakar appears to be racist. Its a shame. Remember that when you point a finger at someone else... you have three fingers pointed right back at you. By the way you just expressed your fustration you seem to be the less educated individual in the accusation. Once you learn how to formulate your complaint without degrading other nations culture then you may get more insightful feedback. Be nice brotha... it's all good.

So what will happen then if you remove all Filipinos and Indians here. Will you do the manual labor in the construction and food services? Filipinos around the world are known to be hardworking and adaptable. Do not judge us by how we speak but how we work and perform.

LOL, do you think an Indonesian like you is far better than a Filipino or Indians? all expats here helps build the country and not ruin it. But you pathetic leach, you are hiding under the nationality of a genuine Qatari since you are ashamed of your origin eh? you do not have the right which nationality a Qatari should choose, they know better than you. You should be thankfull that Qatar accept a low life like you. You envy the Indians and the Filipinos and dare to intimidate their education when your education is far lesser than them, wake up and check your wits. It seems you dont have any. Dont think your better than anyone when in fact your just a scared chicken who cant face a rival whose better than you.

I agree with coxtown , this is an inappropriate behavior, u should not be so judgmental based on ur own few experiences, and even if u have ur own opinion regarding such issues u should not be posting it on this platform as it is likely to hurt others. I am neither from India nor from Philippines but I have found the people from these nationalities very good in their behavior and social interaction. what u are complaining or talking about is English language skills, it's not about their behavior or dealings and it is not necessary for a person to be perfect in multiple languages to earn a living. when u talk about Philippines, I respect them for they are a hard working nation and they are serving this country to their best, same stands for other expatriates living in this country. Moreover every country and every nation has a mix of community, some are better educated while others are better skilled. It is good for all of us to look out for the positive aspects rather than pin pointing the negatives. and apart from this we should all respect each other irrespective of skin color, language and country. this is the core value of humanity. I hope u understand.

Dear, your profile says you are a qatari national, your profession seems Logistician, with this low profile you cannot assess or evaluate the quality of Indians & phils or any expats in general, for that you have to reach to management level. Do not post such half-baked facts. If you are a real qatari national, you would have seen what a tremendous developements taken place in Qatar since last 25 years, where were u that time ? Today what u c is due to hundreds of expats blood , sweat & tears on this soil.
