RIGHTS IN RENTING A FLAT
Good day people,
I just want to know my rights. My family rented a flat from the start they told me that they will give me a contract but until now i didnt recieve any contract. now my land lord wants us to move the flat with in 15 days without any valid reason. Im paying them the monthly rental, elecricity and water.
The thing is i dont have the contract, im not recieving any receipt from them. i spoke with the owner. the owner told me that one company rented this flat to them and they rent it to us thats why they cant give the contract. is it allowed to rent the flat from the owner and rent it again to other person? As what i have known they rent this flat from the owner and they told the owner this is for there staff which is not true. were are not there staff. suggestion please
thanks for the advice. were searching already but its not easy to find. at least he could give us enough time to leave the flat
No Contract No rights!
Leave the flat to avoid any complications and headache..your landlord playing a dirty game and you won't succeed against him, you dont have contract and receipt of rental payments.
It's all your fault you agreed with him in everything under verbal agreement.
