ask him to scan the Marriage Certificate and e-mail to you .. but why he would lie to you anyway.. I understand lying that he is NOT married.. but to lie that he got married? what's the point?

You cant do anything about it, and if he married in the court then you are out of luck. It wouldnt be hard for him considering you arent even here and he doesnt need your permission.

As for the girl, do you think getting her deported (which you cant do anyway) will stop your husband? He can just marry another and another....
