QTEL NEW LINE : PLEASE HELP

we have applied for new qtel line (adsl + land line) in our new villa (al rouda area - thumama) 3 days before one guy called us during office hours …so we request him plz come on thurday (today) …no one called today so we called and ck with them they are telling no appointments in our a/c no………..anybody can help or guide us how to get the connection early as possible…..

Qtel staff will call you in conference with the technician and will ask you what date & time you are available.
On the appointment date call 115 before only to confirm when the technician is going to come. I mean at what exact time to avoid the same problem
Call 115. select the option to speak to a customer care executive and tell ur application no., he/she will give you a new appointment.

You were supposed to call 115 again and get a new appointment. Do it now please. Technicians have a schedule and it is beyond their scope to change the appointments.
usually the technician is using their mobile to reach you, dont tell you havent save the nos,. try to reach that guy again and remind him.
