I have a question.....
I dont see anything in the labour law about not being able to terminate someone that is pregnant. Its only mentioned (atleast in the english version) about maternity.
Does anyone have any idea about this?

To the poster:
The Labour Law also provides that an employer may not terminate a female employee’s employment due to her marriage or her taking of maternity leave. It further provides that the employer may not serve notice of termination of contract during the maternity leave period or give the employee a notice period that expires during this period.
If you are thinking of doing it for anything other than medical reason, please stay away. My sister did it 7 years back and is still suffering, mentally..
