If you are in Qatar i suggest let her go to fanar to get some advises first , it really helped me. i still did not convert but i will soon. Im in love with Islam/arab very great person and she advised me to go to fanar , i went there it was great. if she is westen let her meet Mr.Adam who is American converted she will feel great seing someone simmilar to her giving advises to follow the right path.
This is ofcourse great thing for her ,inshaa allah accept from you both. one thing to tell you that this thing is the start of faith and it will need from you to be a very good example showing her that you are applying what she reads about islam , so she can realy enjoy it and never regret that she converted.
go to any mosque near to where you live the preacher there will help her convert to islam, then you can marry her.
