Play group for 2 ur old

My daughter is 2nd and 3 months old. We are looking for a good play group for her near najma. Can any one suggest a Playgroup which gives good exposure to kids and teaches English? We dont speak english at home and really want our kid to speak fluent english. sWhat will be the cost involved? Kindly suggest .

My nephew and niece go to Rising Star and they take children from 2 year onwards for their playgroup and I believe they charge something between 1.6 to 1.8 per month but you can go and check it out. They are located at the Old Airport near the maroor (traffic police).
