Paying Penalty to the employer and Terminating my contract due to pregnancy

Hi to all. Please help me. I should be happy because I got pregnant with my husband with our first baby after almost 10years of relationship but the thing is I work as a Zumba Instructor here in Qatar and I just came here 5months ago with working Visa.

Now that we know that I am pregnant I immediately tell my boss about it He got mad and tell me to pay 2,00QAr penalty, they will no longer give me my salary (3,000QAR) and arrange my own ticket to go back from my country of origin. This is because they said they processed everything for me.

I understand its their business I ruined but please help is this really how the Qatar Law?

Just go over to the National Human Rights Committee and file a petition. They will help you out.
