Can anyone tell me if Newton International School is answering any emails I have been trying to contact them for a while now & i haven't had any luck. I tried calling them & was told that i haven't reached the right school aparently i have to call the new NIS but I haven't had any luck with those contact details either.
Do they have a new email address or phone number if so please provide.

Your answers are always appreciated

I know a lot about Newton International. I would strongly advise NOT sending your children there. The school is full of illiterate children, and the vast majority are locals. They are disruptive and show an unwillingness to study or learn. I would rather leave the country than send my kids there irrespective of any financial package that may be on offer. It is not worth compromising your childrens education for any amount of money.

Dear Hippo

From what I can gather you are either a very involved parent or a member of staff like I was.

Either way, you should know that the first term is over, not the second, that is, if you are familiar with the England and Wales curriculum... are you?

Dear Judhell,

You should be able to contact the school office via the school website. Remember that there are now TWO branches of N.I.S., one at West Bay and the other at D Ring Road. The one at West Bay only goes up to Year 6.

Hi AZ,

Can you give me some info on registration there? I am looking for a good school to enroll my daughter next school year and NIS is one of the schools that I'm considering. Am also looking for some feedback about the other schools that has UK curriculum. Have you tried to other schools also?

I'll really appreciate it if you can also give me some contact numbers or people whom I can talk to

Thanks!

Dear AZ (and anyone else),

Is the situation at the new, D Ring road school improving? I know that the maintenance staff have been working very hard to fix things that were not right at the beginning of the term. If you still are having probems contacting the school office, please let me know and I will pass it on to the headmistress.

AZ, are you here in Doha? I always find it best, particularly with schools, to stop by in person to get something done or get questions answered.

Well, the school is now open and there are receptionists, so you should not have any further problems.
