My little boy has terrible nappy rash. Ive tried Matanium, Sudocrem, changing his nappy every hour and leaving it off altogether. Its not getting any better and its really bothering him......any advice/remedies?
Depends on how old your baby is, if he is younger than 6 months be really careful what you are putting on. Steroid and antifungal creams are not advisable at this age. Sudocrem is good, try vaseline after cleaning and drying....and don't use baby wipes, just cool boiled water......

expose the nappy area as much as possible, use K permegnate and nappy rash cream, if there are small papules then it might be fungl infection in that case mixture of dektarin and steroid cream will be helpful.
Try PALMER'S Cocoa Butter Diaper Rash Cream..aside from the fast-healing effect, it smells too nice also! this is what i'm using for my son since 2 yrs. back..Hope i was able to help you..
nothing works as well as pure cooking oil. put loads of it on and let the baby be bare bums for a while. also, everytime you put a nappy on. put some of the oil on as well. if the bums are all red, make a paste with oil and baking soda. it will relieve the redness........

Perhaps is notnappy rash, but EXCEMA. Better to get a doctor to look at it..
If the normal creams do not work it is possibly thrush - a very common cause of nappy rash - use an anti fungal cream such as canestan or daktarin.
but it works wonder for my lil ones....
Apply mustard oil on the affected area and then some baby johnson baby powder...
i hope it helps......
