Why is only one counter set up in the ladies section of Mumtazah Health center to handle average of 10 persons per hour?
A simple printing out of four medical cards took around four hours yesterday thanks to the growling lady with a lazy, royal attituide and a consistent bad mood. The machine displaying the token number did not work which added to the chaos.

I saw many, restless babies and mothers struggling together and fathers who dreaded going back to their offices to face the boss for their prolonged absence, only to get a usually simple job done.

Few more pleasant and efficient staffed counters are badly needed in place. Hope the authorities will take notice.

It is not the attitude of governmrnt institutions. I have seen many governent institutions even here providing much effcient service. It is the attitude or at-i-tude of the individual and the responsible peaple above that individual.

Health clinics are ment only for people like you and me who are their "servents".

The attitude someone discussed yesterday which would be the largest barrier to have World Cup 2022 here.
