hi u dont require a MC if within 28weeks(as per qatar airways) But it is always better to just get a MC from ur gyno for hassel free travel.
As u know Qatar airways do suspect any women with a big tummy as pregnant.
I myself travelled in QA when I was 32weeks preg, I had to obtain a MC from my dr as well as clear a medical form from Qatar airways.
since u r only 22 weeks it would not be an issue. but pls carry ur MC from ur Dr. the MC format can be downloaded from qatar airways website.

well if your BUMP in big then YES.
i have seen a lady who was 7months, but she was able to fly coz of Doctors's note.
you can travel without requiring any certification from your doctor or gynae up to 28 weeks of your pregnancy.
after 28 weeks and if its a simple pregnancy, you need to have your doctors certificate to certify that you are fit to travel. FYI.
Sorry 22 weeks pregnant... just carried away... lol
