Mango with skin at mandarin restaurant

Yesterday My family and me went to Mandarin restaurant - in front of Ramez -. It was between 10.30-11 pm. I asked for juice with fruits & ice cream. I found all the mango with skin. I told the manager but he didn't apologize and said " I'm not sure it is the mango skin, but if you want I'll bring you another juice".
I refused but I swear not to go there again.

The orange peel to give good taste and smell. But not the mango.

some of the big hotels cut orange with the skin n put it in the orange juice..e.g W hotel
