Hi,
Try step one nursery school. It is very near to you and it is a very good one. I put my son in it. He is very happy. If you want to punish him tell him no school tomorrow, he will cry. The staff is very kind and careful. I don't know any one put his son in it and regret. I'm also have a housemaid but I believe that she can't be for my kid, she is for cleaning and cooking only. Let your kid to interact with others in the same age to avoid a lot of sociological illness in the future. That is my advice and it's up to you.
