Funny case of 'English' uses:-- LOL "making baby", 'looking for baby' ...it should have been giving birth. ...and what a confusion created ...:)-

anyway simple answer is YES you can provided you have a valid marriage certificate.

definitiely you can get pregnant, if that is what you mean, even if you are both on different sponsorship. Just be sure that you have your legal and valid marriage certificate with you, since the hospital will be asking for a copy of it during your registration for pre-natal checkup along with your health card and photo copy of your and husband passport and RP ID. Believe me, they ask for it in Women's hospital in Hamad, so better ready these docs when time comes...As i /have said, as lkong as you are legally married, then there's nothing wrong with having a baby or getting pregnant to be specific even if you're both on different sponsorships.

As long as you are married and having Marriage certificate with both names in it,working under separate sponser can always live together as husband and wife, with out your knowledge you will make baby, then go to hospital regularly to keep that baby healthy, after due date hospital will give the baby you both made.

Dont worry you can have your babies as long as you are legally married.Good Luck, today is week end have a good start.

He was trying to say that he and wife both working here in different companies of different sponsorship.means wife not under his sponsorship.may be different accommodation too. Also he asks she can get pregnant here. May be they worried about their baby's sponsorship issues and name enrolment in passport

Ok I got what you mean...

There is no problem 'coz i married, got pregnant and gave birth here in Qatar same as you me and my husband have seperate company sponsorship (where we worked now) as my husband cannot yet sponsor me. Qatar is very helpful and always gives consideration to expats living here, especially those in you and my situation 'coz after you gave birth they will give a 2 years visa for the baby under father sponsorship and after 2 years expiration can be renew yearly...

hope my experience helps you a lot...
