The location doesn't prove anything. I am living in a very chic distric now and there are few private schools and kindergardens here but not all of them are on the top even being placed on the most expensive street of the town.
Honestly I dont know much about that nursery or any other nursery for that matter, lol but it's a nice area and rent would be more expensive there, so I assume they r more than just a rundown hole in the wall and they r more likely to be professional.
