I think u r not in a right job.I mean this is not ur field.Just sit a while and think abt ur skills,education & experience.Even self assessment websites can help u.
Look for other one, it's so simple..
leave the thoughts.. start a business for innovative thoughts...

No job in this world will satisfy you. Reason, we think we have better way of doing, but system never allow it to do so. Sometimes our boss do not like our face or nationality. Sometimes there are secret microphones around you and all your info directy goes to your boss in no time. Some times, group of peolpe actively involved to make target someone.
But million doller question is how to survive in this world when things are not going in good way.
Only way to survive is analyse all points and make strategy. You can win the game. Try hard.
