IVF at Hamad Hospital - Refund

If your attempt at IVF is unsuccessful at the Hamad hospital, do they refund any part of the amount.

I had read this in Qatar Living through the search I made and someone mentioned about refund of part payment but that response is back dated. I would like to know whats the current norm.
