Immediate travel document

Hi there,

I have an issue, I hope I will receive some information from you guys. I am working in Qatar and my Iqama is still processing and my visa had already expired. I came to Qatar with family. My wife gave birth to a new born last month. I couldn't register my new baby's birth as my visa has expired and same is unable to renew until I finish my process. My wife' visa is still valid but going to expire this month.

My issue - is, I heard I have to register new born within the first month and obtain visa immediately to prevent fines. Now for my baby its over one month without birth registration or visa (last week I managed to handover birth registration forms to SCH, they accepted as my Iqama is about to complete, I finished fingerprints). I am worried I will have to pay a huge fine around  QAR per day exceeding  days as the new born will also come under family visit visa as his mother.

My question - as my wife reaching deadline for visa and unable to extend anymore, how can I arrange them to exit Qatar as my new born not having birth registration and herefore unable to obtain visa and passport. What is the best optin available for them. If his mother stays until I finish my process and register new born's birth and obtain travel document to travel, she will have to pay  QAR per day for each. Is birth registration compulsory for immediate travel document?

My Friend, Dont Worry, Since your baby born at Qatar, you must get the birth certificate from qatar itself. Steps....1)Apply for Birth Certificate 2)After receive BC SCH arrange documents to register your baby Birth certificate with Indian Embassy, & apply Passport at same time 3)Once you receive PP go to immigration office with all original documents with Birth Certificate, for infant there is no Penalty for first 2 months but explain them if they ask about reason for delay.4) VISA will be issued from the date of birth of the baby, after got the visa , now they can exit as usual. BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS MANDATORY, UNDER ANY CAUSE IF YOU EXIT FROM QATAR WITHOUT BC, THEN IT IS DIFFICULT FOR YOU O OBTAIN THE BC IN YOUR NATIVE COUNTRY,
