so my understanding is that he can not transfer to the nearest government clinic unless he has his family here.

lolz tinker...for the first time registeration in any near by givernment health centre they want to know that u belong to same zone where hospital is located or not.so they ask for water n electricity bill to know the exact location of that person where he is staying or telephone bill.

What I gather from his post -

He want to go to his nearest Health Centre which is near Apollo Clinic, since he doesn't have proof of his residence he needs a copy of electricity bill to show to the H.C.

@ Qataruser1 Do you have a Health Card? if yes, from where its issued? go to ur Centre and request them to transfer your file to the Health Centre nearest to your residence.

Some HC's are earmarked exclusively for locals and new applicants(expatriates) are not entertained.

if electricity bill have soem problem..then go with your land line telephone bill to the nearest government hospital.

What do people do who don't pay any electricity because it is included in the rent and the landlord takes care of it? Anybody has a guess?
