The solution is contact Hukoomi, http://portal.www.gov.qa/wps/portal/homeAr
they have call centre, u will get call centre from the above link. they will return back your amount to ur account without any deduction. Thy have excellent service, which i never get from anywhere.......
U have to give, the date of transaction,amount, etc.....if it works pls. let me know also for the information
It will eventually get through but Q-Tel will cut you off until they receive the transfer. Take your bank statement to Q-Tel Al-Sadd and contact your bank. Best way by fdar is paying cash at Q-Tel, this alway works. Good luck
You should have printed the receipt when you paid online. This usually happens when you pay your bills through bank. There are some delays and your payment record is not yet sent to Qtel. It takes some time really. But if you have the printout of your payment, you can bring it to Qtel. Other option, call your bank. Good luck.
