I am looking for work as a Secretary or IT Helpdesk preferably in the legal field can anyone help?

I am looking for work in preferably the legal field. I have worked for Ashurst LLP which is a top 10 London lawyers for over ten years as a secretary/document specialist and then in the IT Department as Document Specialist Analyst/IT helpdesk analyst. I am really keen to start working and I am finding it difficult getting a job. Can anyone help me. I am honest, hard working and always give my work 110% Any help would be appreciated.
