boil and mash 2 potatoes or u cud grate them finely after boiling, a cup of cooked green peas 1/2 cup of shredded carrot,shredded onions,2-3 green chillies finely chopped,1/2 tsp of both ginger and garlic paste. cud add 1/2 tsp mango powder / amchor posder if u like it tangy.
saute onions, add green chillies followed by ginger garlic paste and then shredded carrots cook it for a while until the carrots turn tender, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilly powder , 1 tsp garam masala , salt to taste and saute them now add the cooked gren peas and mashed potatoes. finaly add some chopped corainder leaves.
ur filling is ready.
thaw ur samosas leaves for one hour ... and fill the masala prepared cud use wheat flour paste for sealing .... and deep fry
