How to find a hosuemaid local or international ??

Good morning friends,
Kindly advise me how to find a housemaid local or international ?
After two months new member will come to my family so we decided to hire a housemaid ,I am an Indian so it is not allow me to hire same natinality, I must hire a shrilankan housemaid who can speak hindi,
Is it secure to hire a housemaid locally who is on free visa ?
I am ready to provide a visa for international hiring also,please PM me if anybody has housemaid available.

you can try in local manpower agencies, they will provide you a selection of people and you are to choose.
You can find a local maid by advertising your requirement in Newspaper, and for international you have to apply for a housemaid visa in your sponsorship

Don't I need to give the docs.of the housemaid first while applying for housemaid visa like PP copy or photograph ?where I can get the form wile applying ?

You need to apply for a house-maid visa. since you are indian you will not get an indian house maid visa. instead u can get indonesian, nepali, filipino, sri lankan. once ur visa is approved, get the print out of your approved visa and go to an agent dealing with housemaids. go thru their resumes and select 1. once all the formalities are dealt with, the maid is expected to reach on ur sponsorship in 30 - 45 days
