if you are holding your father's name and doesn't reflect your husband's family name at the passport it would be fine as long as it is written at your son's passport.

have his birth certificate attached at the application for confirmation that you are the mother together with your passport copy, valid visa, company letter and 6 months bank statement.

Yep under your name,

Wehen we came her Mine and my wife surname were different on the passport.. No problem. As long as the children have your name in the birth certificate you should be ok.

my dear,

you can not take your baby due to the following reasons.

1.you mentioned not under your family name.

2.in your profile i hope you reach the 7000 minimum salary to sponsor your child.

anyway, try the suggestion of our friends in QL maybe it will help and ask more to those agency involve regarding your situation.

If ur name on birth certificate as a mother, then u can bring ur baby.

if ur total income is above QR. 8000, u can bring on RP visa, if less, then u can bring on 6 months family visit visa.

ur son must be under 18 for both cases.

Why cant you change her passport back in philiphines? I think, it is possible to change the name in the passport to match with yours?

You have to find another way of sponsoring your child. A classmate of mine had this case and her parents got her a student's visa.

You can't take your baby under your sponsorship.
