Housing Contract

Dear Friends,

I got attested tenancy contract from Municipality. The water & electricity bill in owners name. Is it necessary the bill should be in my name for applying family visa. Please suggest.

Vivek... Check your tenancy contract. If it was mentioned free E&W, then no need to transfer in your name. You can just highlight that phrase/sentence that shows the Electricity will be on Owners head.

Since municipality has attested I don't think it's a problem. But I am not sure.

Try speaking to this person 77008875. He might have answer. Speak to feroz.
