House maintenance.

Hi I had engaged in a house contract with Al Thani residence managed by Ezdan Real Estate Co Qatar, as per the contract I paid deposit of Q.R. 6000 for the furniture and 12 post dated cheques for the rent.

So as per the contract the company was to furnish the house but they said that their furniture is expected to reach Doha within a day or two after they will fix the A.C's. and few other things but the same is not fixed till date and when I'm following them up tey are re-directing me to another person and not answering calls but if someone by mistake answer a phone then again they promice to get it done within a day or two.

So I want to know in the above circumstances what can I do? as I'm paying rent for a furnish house but the house is still not furnish.
