health card and HMC number

My baby daughter was born in al-alhia and we had a bit of problem getting her HMC number from hamad, but we eventually got it.
problem is that i mislaid it, so does anyone have any idea on how to retrive it.

also anyone have any idea on how to get a health card for a 7 month old baby.
i asked at hamad and they said no card till 1 year.

but when i went to the genetic testing unit at hamad city they kept asking me for the HMC number and health card.

going around in circles !

if u had taken medicine before from hamad hospital, they might have given you brown envelope envelope has the number,or the medicine bottle they gave (YOU MIGHT HAVE AN OLD ONE LEFT)has the number try to look for it inshahallah you will find it
