HAJ as NRI HAJ COMITTEE INDIA

I am looking for guidance from anyone who has done Haj last year 2011 as NRI through HAJ COMITTEE OF INDIA quota. Since last year this scheme was started last year. This year Insha Allah i will go for Haj and put alll my efforts to it. Just wanted to plan it better and for that need to know some more on the thought about taking leave and submitting passport in India. Pls if some body can pass me contact No or email so that I can talk.
