If you marry for good reason, to seek a happiness in this world and hereafter, I think you already have the good base. Next thing is to maintain your love, understanding, respect and appreciation toward your husband.

The BIG gap of the cultureS would be the biggest challenge compared to other couple with the same nationality.

Back to basic again: love, understanding, respect and appreciation !! If you both have these aspects, Insyaallah everything is gonna be okay ..

I am the living proof :) been married to my pakistani husband for almost 8 years now and blessed 2 wonderful boys ...

May Allah bless you ..

Sis,

Agree with djkiller , I would like to add one more thing "As long as you know what you are getting into and ready to take a risk then go ahead."

Cheers,

Not at all.... or maybe it depends on your relationship and the personality of each of you, and take note also the family of each other. If this all are ok, am sure it will not be a problem....

based on my experienced, i dont have any problem at all except some minor issues that we can;t avoid as we have different culture....Am married to a Lebanese-Jordanian man. Hope it helps
