French Nursery
Hi everyone,
I might be moving from Dubai to Qatar in October with my husband and 2-year old twins.
Have registered my kids online at The French Nursery (La Garderie Francophone - Ibn Arabi street / Madinat Khalifa) as I want them to take the French curriculum like my husband and myself and be trilingual (English, Arabic and French).
I haven't been to Qatar yet and planning a trip soon. Meanwhile, can anyone give me more details or share a personal experience with this nursery?
Thanks and appreciate an honest answer.
thank you for your help, i spoke with the responsible for the nursery and i ll soon go and check them.
please keep me updated in case you found some other nurseries
Hi Fadi,
You can check a very interesting website :
http://www.vivreauqatar.com/Enseignement.html
This link will take you directly to the list of nurseries available in Qatar.
Unfortunatly, French Nursery doesn't have any website and their email address is: [email protected].
I didn't plan the trip to Doha yet but my husband is there this week and is checking the nurseries. If he founds good ones, I'll share it with you.
Good luck in your search.
can you please give me the website for the french nursery?
and in case you are in doha, have you checked any good nursery?
regards
fadi
I have my concerns also which includes all what you have stated
from the mastering of the language they do master the language but they dont teach the kids how to speak they teach him just some words. My son learned diffrent accents of Arabic more than he learns french because the 2 teachers which are the only teachers there so they couldnt take care of all the kids also they dont take care of the cleaning of the nursery they do allow the kids to share their food eating with same spoons which transferany sickness to them even they dont take care of cleaning the kitchen you go and find dirty staffs there. Finally it was my worst experience
Thanks Bibo for your answer.
What kind of concerns? Hygiene issues or poor mastering of the French language or non-caring staff...?
but didn't find any good one. I only heard of one called Teletubbies, but I had few concerns about it.
