Inside Q Mart in The Mall there is a small florist. Expensive and a small collection but you might be able to get what you need. It's just next to the bakery.
Also in The Mall is Gulf Greetings for cards and wrappings etc, near Chilis.
There is a branch of Hallmark in City Centre
I found Raquel at Doha Florist to be good. We send Internationally awell.
In Villagio, there is the Holland Flowers opposite to Carrefour.
In Careffour itself there is also some in both branches City Center and Villagio.
Some near Al-Merqab street.
Tropicana Flowers, you can call 180 for them.
