Family Visa to Saudi

I'm getting married to a guy working in saudi on business visa.
I have my Qatar RP with My father in Qatar.

How can I go to Saudi - untill he gets his iqama ?

1- Can this guy apply for my visit visa as well; but he himself on visit visa.

2- We both go to our home country, and apply from there for saudi visit visa.

Please guide me if anyone knows about such special case.
