EZDAN is increasing the rent

I live in ezdan 37, inititaly the serive was ok, now the maintenance service is more than worse. Eg

i called up customer care for a plumber requirement on saturday, they r like when do u want the plumber, i said.. before afternoon would be great, then the agent is like ...no sir before 5 anytime they ' cum...i was like u expect me to wait for a plumber till 5 pm??

Then i told them to give my number to the plumber so that he can call me before cuming...they r like no sir they wont call they dont have phones,,.. i was like.....wow :).

The best part...the plumber never arrived.... :P

they increased 10% only. 3700 to 4000 which i know and the 4700 to 5050.

I suppose there should be two different cases , one is for RENEWAL ( not increase 10 percent) ; and one is for new commers ( NEW RENT). is it the same? The worst thing is , they are asking same rent from all sort of appartments. For example in case of three bed rooms ( row houses ) , the ground floor is having a back yard , you can use it for kids play area or for other purpose like to dry your washed cloths . May also be used for small gathering . BUT in forst floor only bare three bed rooms. Why they ask the same rent from both?? Not understandable. In case of first floor , you dont have anything like back yard or place to dry your cloth or store. so you have to block your one bed room for this purpose. To whom we contact , dont know. The call centre is very good and excellent in discussion and recording complaints BUT execution is mostly NIL.

As per the law, they can only increase maximum by 10%. File complaint with rent control if they demand more. They cannot expelled you also just for this reason.

when we live there before....we rented a 2br for 3,600.

YES THEY INCREASE RENT AROUND 40 TO 50 PERCENT...WHERE WE CAN COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS...

Now it's the worst place to live.
