education quality is declining Y?

wel..as per my opinion..atleast in Qatar its getting better than what its used to be..!! but yeah,, school & universities are now seen more from a commercial business point of view than training students ! this is what i find ridiculous.!

Is education in Qatar really on the decline? I'm sure that compared to ten years ago the standard of education is much better. Although I would agree that educational standards in Qatar are not world class yet, they are still improving year by year.

The independent schools now have purpose built campuses with architecture that is focused around the students' learning. Additionally they have they have the latest IT equipment and interactive whiteboards that are comparable to western schools.

You have to bare in mind that Qatar is trying to achieve what the west took hundreds of years to do. It will take time for Qatar's education to become world class but at the current rate it won't take that long.

It's the willingness and sacrifice of the students to learn. No matter if the teacher comes from Havard or Oxford, it will not work out. Try a bit of Horse and Carrot, and instilled a pride for nation building for the respectives, especially the locals.

It doesn't need the latest technology to have quality education. All it needs is the right perception/eagerness of basic learning by the students and the right inspiring teaching methods by the schools.

Because the way teachers are being selected is sometime wrong.Schools in qatar don t select teachers according to thier knowledge but according to thier nationalities.They prefer European or american nationality than others.They don t choose the right teachers that s way the education is declining.It not matter of technology equipment but discrimination.
