Do I need visa for my baby?

He was born last December 20, 2008 and I'll plan to bring him this coming March 14, 2009 6 days before his 3 months old.He will be accompany with my wife which is under my sponsor.Do I need visa for my baby?Hope you can help me.thank you very much

I hope baby have seprate passport,well matter is easy.just attest birth certificate from local authority and qatar embassy in Washington,there is mission in Nyc also, this is what we do in our country, Since us citizen dsnt need visa so you can bring directly but I think you have to get return ticket that you can use later or can get refund.one thing is sure there will be no problem at all to enter and getting rp at your sponsorship

OFCOURSE HE NEED VISA FOR UR SON EVEN HIS ONLY I DAY OLD BUT FIRST HE NEED PASSPORT THEN ASK UR WIFE TO SEND UR SON PASSPORT PHOTO COPY TO APPLY VISA AND I SUGGEST TO APPLY DIRECT FAMILY VISA FOR UR SON.(NOT JUST VISIT VISA)LESS EFFORT'S AND MONEY....GOODLUCK!

as long as he is holding US citizen he can can get visit visa in the airport, after that you go for normal paper work to sponser him under family permit visa.
