delivery in Hamad in visit visa

Recenntly I came to knw from someone tht the rules in qatar has changed that those ladies whose delivery is done in doha without husband havng rp of qatar,the new born won't be issued a visa??....is it so
Coz I had my delievry done in Hamad without husband being present in doha...I have my parents in doha...birth cetificate,visit visa ,passport...everythng was issued with no issues nd easily.....
I'll b cmng in March for my delivery...so plss someone tell me abt this...plss help

Ok....I hv got a relative working in Hamad...he ehlped us out regarding my first child...better ask him again...those days he told that earlier ladies wrn't allowed for delivery without husband being present...bt this time the issue is regarding issuing visa...anywyz let me tell my parents to ask him

I had a colleague there but he left on vacation..
