maids are either live-in or part-time maids.  The part-timers have a "real" job where they work 5-6 days a week 8-10 hours a day.  They do cleaning/nanny work on their off days or off hours.  For example my maid works at Hamad Hospital 6 days a week from 2pm-10pm.   She cleans houses in the mornings for extra money.  The hours you are asking for will be difficult for anyone who already has a job elsewhere.   Your best bet will definitely be to get a live-in maid.   This will be considerably cheaper for you as well.

Most agencies only deal with live-in maids.  Although I did get my first part-time maid from an agency (bad experience).   I simply looked in the phone book and called cleaning companies.  Good luck

yes i know but do u know any villa for rent in doha which is not very expensive, and for me i can't bring a maid if i don't offer her protection and good life even if she is a maid.

what i was looking for is an agency who has already maid that hire them in houses without sleeping at there places.
