CREME 21...is it gud for winter?

my face luks soooo dull in ds winter.....its dry all over my face.....specially around my lips.....goooddd.....i went to pharmacy...the guy gv me creme 21 moisturizing cream(with vitamin E).........
does ny1 knw if this s gud..?.....my face doesnt suit much of ny creams...........but the pharmacist said its gud cream fro winter....

try johnsons petroleum jelly...its the best..!!!!..thats what i use...every winter..apply it on your lips regularly and they will becum soft in hardly 2 days

It doesn't absorb at all and feels sticky.
