Choice between a Villa and a Flat???
Hi everybody… If you have to choose between a villa in Maaidher North (behind Aspire Zone and near Al Rayan Health center) and a Flat (Hall+ 3 Bedrooms) in Freej Al Nasser, (near Fast food: Hardee`s, Burger King, Mac Do and la Cigale) wich will be your choice and point of view? This offer is provided by the company, no charges for me, we are a couple with no children…Thank you for your answer…

i will choose villa .... but in your point of view Freej Al Nasser is near to the city and for that you will get all the facalities better than maaidher north. so i will select flat.thank you .

depends on where you work... Al nasser is close to city and you can access everything easily...but traffic will be a problem....if you are couple why do you need villa with outside facility???

It depends on your preferences, advantage of Villa is that you can enjoy the facilities like gym and pool in the compound.... you can do BBQ....If you are planning to have kids in the near future it’s always good to be in a compound.
Depends on your work location also...considering the morning traffic...it’s always good to live not very far from your office.
villa is best at least you will have open space outside the villa
