Get a Qatari sponsor, no other qualification required.

getting a license means starting a business and it means, she need a sponsor. And if its a nursery or day care, the facility will be under monitoring by a concerned government agency!

tinkerbell, now I am confused.

A nursery is not a business? I thought anything that lets a person earn money would be a business...:/

thank you tinkerbell for letting me know. I had no idea that people can have a business in Qatar without having a Qatari sponsor.
