Can you recommend a BBQ or Paella chef for a small dinner party?

I am thinking of inviting a few people round for dinner by the pool in a compound.
I am looking for different ideas for cooking al fresco - and paella came to mind.
I need recommendations from anyone who has done this before or for any original ideas (no arabic food please, as we have had this so many times.
It doeasn't have to be a professional catering service, as they charge quite a lot. This is for a small party of about 10 people.
Also, a BBQ chef would be considered.
