Well for 2 weeks, u can get visa from Airport Immigration Dept. You couple have to fill an application form attach PP copies [husband and yours] along with your father's PP copy. So tourist visa can be granted for two weeks initially, subject to extendable for another couple of weeks.

It all depends on your family status and how long they [father or brother] are going to stay. I should know what sorta RP/Visa you have in Qatar. Single or Married etc.

If married and living with your husband, he can apply for a visit visa which is valid initially just for a month subjected to extend visitor proves fit in the Medical Test in Qatar. Suppose, you are single and employed in a firm/company/hospital/saloon, you can still apply and obtain tourist visa from Airport Immigration which is valid for 14 days, but you should prove that they are your blood related etc. no cousin or uncle allowed I guess so.

Anyway all the best.

if your family has a RP status then just go ahead and apply for visa for your father at the immigration dept.
