Can i keep my Daughter After getting Married to Another person?

it has been a month since i got khula from my husband...i woud like to know what is the Qatari law regarding me getting married again...can i still keep my Daughter or will she go back to his Father...Please let me know...

yes u can if u got divorce in qatar and ur x husband will give writen statement in court then not a big deal.

Regarding to keep your children after new marriage with you is understanding and commitment with new husband only.

All these are legal procedures approved by Sharia Court and you can keep your kids with you, and even can claim the responsibility of father to provide rights for you and your kids in form of monthly expense and others like school ,health etc.
