I recently find my maid lie a lot, so decide to fire her. But the contract is 2 years, if i fire her before the contract is due , can I get any legal problems?
I will be very much appreciate if someone can tell me how to fire her, many thanks.
No trouble for the 2-year contract, you can fire her whenever you want.
If you've had her for more than 3-months, she's out of warranty and you can't replace her.
Buy a travel bag, get her a ticket, cancel her RP, inform her she was fired 4 hours before the flight, and stand there while she packs (you don't want her to steal anything). Take her to the airport, check her in, and get the stamped pink visa paper, this will allow you to easily apply for another maid.
Yes you have to contact the agency. I think they allow substitution. If you're not happy with your present househelp. Then get rid of her & request for a new one. Good luck!
