Bringing spouse to Doha

hi everyone,
i will be joining hamad medical corp by the end of this month in grade 106,with salary 4000 QR + accommodation(single).
I appeared for this interview when i was unmarried.
In the meantime i have got married.
my question is am i eligible now to get family allowances as well from the HMC?
Whats the procedure to bring my spouse here in doha?
She is MBA (HR) with 3-4 yrs of exp. in recruitment.
Can she get the job here?
so can i apply on her behalf when i join HMC and move to doha? will that be fruitful because applying via internet will never help that much.
She can come under family visit only after you secure yourself a working visa, or find her a suitable job and her sponsor will bring her to Doha, or you bring her via business visa...a lot of options, but first thing to do is secure a visa.
go with it for HMC, when you will get a family status they will provide you a QR.5000 for accommodation, transportation allowance, furniture allowance, water and elec. allowance, education allowance plus ticket of your family and etc. HMC usually reduce the basic but with 5 times other benefits.
is it possible for her to get job and then she can come on her own?
