Documents required are, 3-4 months bank statement stating your salary transfers, a no objection letter on your company letter head in arabic(stating that your company has no objection in bringing your family to doha and also do mention about your status and the package you get),having a electricity bill in your name would be added advantage. do attach your degree certificate which might help you. your marriage certificate, child birth certificate. all these certificates has to be attested firstly from your embassy and then from ministry of foreign affairs in qatar. do not forget to attach the passport copies.

fill up the required form, attach all these documents and get set to enjoy your family life. yes you need a passport for your baby.

all the best.

As far as I know, since your child is more than 90 days old, you would need the passport.

Make sure that your salary goes to your bank account and is correctly recorded as "Salary Transfer" in your account, for atleast 3 months prior to your visa application date.(Ask your office mandoop/PRO to help you in the application)

Note that the child is exempted from fingerprinting and medical, eventhough you have to pay the medical fees of QR 100.
