berating the household help

im at a lost for words.the only thing i can think of right now is that employers like them have a special place in HELL.
at the shop i work for dozens of wealthy women come with their hired help.i couldnt help but wonder,why some,if not most of these ladies couldnt help themselves why they like to humiliate their help infront of us.
i admit i feel angered when a woman of wealth decides that her help is a doormat,a verbal punching bag,a slave.
WT...??!?!
one time i decided to stand up for this nanny who have gotten the better breakfast(EXPLETIVES)with matching fingerwave,by telling "do not take the verbal insult hurled at you!"the woman decides to confront me by saying "i will take my business,my family somewhere else!"(that with a matching fingerwave too).
if i dnt stand up for her who will?
did i mention employers like her deserve a special place in hell?!?!
