Barwa Housing at Sailiyah

I have been alloted the housing at sailiyah from Barwa Housing project. Anybody need to exchange from messaimer.(2 Bed Room) My Tel no is 5217816

Barwa Housing in Saliyah is 10 Km straight ahead of Khalifa Stadium. Just go straight, don't take right or left turn. At the dead end of the road you will see Barwa Housing.

I have also been selected for the Barwa housing at Sailiyah.But i am worried about the school transportation.

I would like to know how many families have been selected for Saliyah Housing whose children are studying at Ideal Indian School.

did anyone attend the open day on friday and saturday @ barwa prject in messemair ... please inform me if the flat from inside are ok or

Can anyone tel me where is the exact location of saliyah! What do u prefer? Any point of going, as people were saying it far away & full formalities! Im finding difficult to take exact decision!

I was chosen for Barwa Housing Flat in SAYLIYAH. But my husband & I prefers Mesaimeer. If there is a Filipino family who wants to exchange with us (2-bedrooms) kindly send me your contact details & i will contact you.

We will try to ask the Management if they will allow for us to exchange location.

susan, he can help u easily , i mean u can exchance with 'alhassanlb'....but i believe for that u'll have to contact with barwa management authority.

I think it should be ok to exchange as long as we inform then when signing the contracts.

I have been alloted for 3 bedroom apt. in Sailiya, while I asked for 2bedroom in Msaimeer.I would like to exchange 3bedroom in Sailiya for 2 or 3bedroom in Msaimeer)!

alhassanlb, I think they have mentioned that there will be no exchanging of any kind. u have to take the apartment you are allotted.

I think this is to prevent people from selecting their neighbours, i.e to keep the multi-racial/cultural mix of the colony.

I got 2bed flat at Mesmeer, contract sample is also availeble on there website, terms are bit tight especially 2months rent deposit.

I thought Barwa collected all the details like phone no, etc. They can atleast send SMS message!

you know i try to call them many time after they publish the # and alway's no answer for the call

I had mine in my email which was like the confirmation for my application. okay fine .. go to their office or call then and give your mobile number then they would give your application number or let you know if you are through.. but we weren't called for the interview at their main office in Sadd...
