BABY Birth Certificate - Details Pls

Dear All,
My 3 Year Old Son was Born at HMC Qatar & previosuly he had Valid RP. my wife & son went to India and stayed More thana Year, So RP Cancelled. now I want to Bring them back by Family Visit Visa.
Qns:-
1. I need to get any attestation for my son's Birth certificate (Which issued by Supr.council of Health) to get visit visa for him?
2. Since thye stay out side Qatar more than a year, i did not cancel their RP, it will affect when i apply for new Visit Visa for them?

@Nishant - They overstayed more than a year, so can not apply for return visa
Hello,
why don't you apply for a return visa for your wife and son. If they held a RP earlier in Qatar you can pay 500 QAR per person and get a return visa. Once they are in the country you can get their new QID's from the immigration department.
Im not sure if you can do this using metrash but you can try. You will need to go to any immigraton center if you cannot do it via metrash.
